Making Payments

For the 2007-2008 school year, St. Joseph Academy is partnering with the FACTS company for tuition and fee payment.  There are many choices for handling your payments:
 
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

• One annual payment - Pay in full by check or cash by August 10, 2007.  With this option the $40 FACTS fee is waived (i.e., the school will pay the fee for you).  However, you will still need to fill out a green FACTS form for billing of incidental fees such as before/after school care, lunches, field trips, etc.

• Two semi-annual payments - August 2007 and January 2008.  With this option FACTS enrollment is required ($40 fee, red and green forms).  According to your preference, FACTS will either
  • make an automatic withdrawal on the savings/checking account of your choice in August and January on the 5th or 20th of the month (choose date on your red form) or
  • with an additional convenience fee of 2.5%, charge your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card in August and January on the 5th or 20th of the month (choose date on your red form).

• Make 10 monthly payments, August 2007 through May 2008.  FACTS enrollment is required ($40 fee, red and green forms).  According to your preference, FACTS will either
  • make an automatic withdrawal on the savings/checking account of your choice in August and January on the 5th or 20th of the month (choose date on your red form) or
  • with an additional convenience fee of 2.5%, charge your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card in August and January on the 5th or 20th of the month (choose date on your red form).

INCIDENTAL FEE PAYMENT (Before/After-School-Care, lunches, etc.)
These expenses (and T.A.P. credits) will be reported to you monthly through your FACTS invoice, which is separate from your tuition payment.  Incidental fees can be paid either by check via mail or online at www.FACTSpayment.com.  Incidental fees must be paid by the 1st of each month or are subject to a $50 late fee. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Please note that St. Joseph Academy cannot accept your credit card payment directly; it must be done through FACTS.  This payment choice will include a 2.5% convenience fee, and you must call the FACTS company directly with your credit card information—the number is 1-800-624-7092.  MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

The school’s TAP office does accept credit card payments for gift certificate orders, however, as it is a separate program.
