Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)

ORDERING
Order Dates: June 9 & 23; July 7 & 21; August 4 & 18.

Remember there are now cash-and-carry gift cards available for $25 each in the Business Office for Speedway, Wal-Mart, Country Market, and Busch's (all proceeds towards our scholarship fund).

The TAP program is run entirely by volunteers - please consider donating some of your time and talent to this worthy program!

NEW CUSTOMERS

• Fill out a TAP registration form and return it to the TAP office located in the cafeteria (lower level of elementary school).  You will indicate on this form how you would like to pay for the gift certificates you order through TAP—by check, automatic withdrawal, or credit card. (note: a management fee of 1% for checks/ACH and 2% for credit card charges will be assessed before your T.A.P. savings are applied to your tuition account).
• Go online to www.shopwithscrip.com and register as a scrip family with St. Joseph Academy as your school (the school’s enrollment code is B95D8B355L6).  You will need an email address to enroll. See this flyer for instructions.
• Log in to your account at www.shopwithscrip.com anytime before 9 a.m. on an order date.  Select the gift certificates you want, add them to your cart, then “check out.”  Depending on your payment preference, you can have the school deduct the amount from your checking/savings account or from a credit card so that you don’t have to bring anything to the school; or, print out your order form, attach your check, and deliver to the TAP office before 9 a.m. on an order date.
• Pick up your gift certificates as early as Friday morning and use them for all your shopping (or as gifts)!

Combine your TAP orders with other Shop & Give opportunities to benefit our school.

Reminders:

• Please be aware that your Shop With Scrip receipt will not show your actual tuition savings. A TAP management fee of 1% of total purchase for check and ACH payments and 2% for credit card payments will be assessed on all orders just before they are posted to your tuition account.
• Due to bank processing schedules, the T.A.P. office MUST be made aware of all credit card and ACH charges before 8:00 a.m. on the day the orders are processed. You can leave a message at x24 or email TAP@sjaschool.org.
• To guard your personal information, T.A.P. orders that are charged should only be submitted by the authorized card holder. If you would like to authorize someone else to submit credit card orders on your behalf, please leave written permission with Diane in the Business Office.
